The location is mind-blowing, close to the metro station, train station, and bustling shopping street. The water pressure and hot shower are jaw-droppingly amazing, unlike anywhere else I've stayed. The staff, super friendly and accommodating, allowed us to check in early and store our luggage after check-out. The room itself was top-notch, with a comfy bed, well-equipped bathroom, and a flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels. It was a delight to sleep in a cool room during the hot summer days, thanks to the efficient air conditioning. The breakfast provided a good start to the day, especially the delicious coffee served by the owner. Plus, the hotel's close proximity to a supermarket was an added bonus. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, was impressive, and the separate shower area was a refreshing change. The staff truly made our stay memorable with their warm hospitality.

Having the breakfast included was very handy. However, the selection of food items was very limited. Hot showers were great with nice BIG towels.
The graffiti in the neighborhood was a safety concern but I did not have any problems. It was definitely a budget place to stay. Clearer directions on the location (and how to get there) would have been helpful. ie, take the metro to X stop and go north to X street and turn right.

I recently stayed at Piola for a weekend getaway. The hotel is in a great location, quiet and peaceful, with easy access to the subway and a short walk from the train station. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The Wi-Fi was also top-notch, perfect for staying connected. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and great service.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Title: Great Stay for Families
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a designated play area or activities for children.

I loved the variety of restaurants nearby, especially the ethnic cuisines. The tranquility of the area with its charming early twentieth century houses was also a delightful surprise. The patio overlooking the garden where breakfast was served added a peaceful touch to my mornings.
Who needs credit card payment or staff presence at the desk all the time anyway? So inconvenient!

The location was mind-blowing, with a safe and lively neighborhood and the subway station just minutes away. The reception was super friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. They provided luggage storage and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, and they even cleaned the room when we were out.

Great value for money, room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location near metro stations. Friendly and helpful staff.
More variety of breakfast items would be nice.

Nothing cannot be appreciated. A bad experience.
Very poor service, especially the old man who is not helpful. Even though they had room in the 1st floor, when he saw that we had big lugguages, he still arranged the 3rd floor for us which there is no evalator but only stairs!!!!!!! He is also poor in English, when he wanted to express he doesn't know english, he would keep showing his unplesant face and said "you don't know english"....When his son arrival for helping him, he told his son that the reason why he didn't arrange the 1st floor, because it was for him and his big white dog!!!! It is not a 2 stars hotel, it cannot be mentioned as Hotel!!!! The bathroom was extremely dirty, and no remote control for TV (beware of that he would ask you back for the remote control).

Nothing in particular is worth mentioning....
The room was dirty, the toilet full of mold and the blankets were so dirty that they had turn into black. Not to mention the giant dog that was let loose going anywhere it wanted (I love dogs and I personally didn't have any problem with it but I believe that when you run a hotel you should respect all your clients) ....

It was the perfect base for our adventure-filled trip with friends. We had a blast exploring QC Termemilano and Acquatica Park. The water slides were insane and the thermal baths were so relaxing. Plus, the hotel is super close to these attractions, making it convenient for us to have fun all day long. We also loved that all guests had to be present at check-in, ensuring that our whole squad was ready to kickstart our amazing trip!
The only thing we wish was better for young party-goers like us was the nightlife scene around the hotel. While the hotel itself was fantastic, we would have loved to have some more options for late-night fun nearby.
